Next Level Technology, Inc. was created by a Vape user and small business owner-exclusively for Vape Shop owners. The founder, Sierra Chase, started this journey by asking a simple question as she was purchasing products. That question was…
“Do you have a rewards program or an App?”
Over and over the answer was ‘no’-or she was handed a punch card. After extensive research, it was evident that the booming business of vape related products did not have a technology platform that would help individual shop owners grow their business, keep loyal customers and attract new customers. Why shouldn’t Vape Shops-experience growth and loyalty that other industries (restaurant, retail, etc.) seem to have through a loyal customer base? Studies everywhere show it is more profitable to keep existing customers than to constantly try to attract first time buyers.
